This could be caused by an array of things, this can include an SD card or SIM card. I would first suggest removing the SD card and test the device, if the issue continues remove the SIM and continue to test, if the issue goes away with either of them out then you can conclude that the issue is likely one of the two and simply needs to be replaced.
