Can't send MMS

When I try to send a pic by text it gets 'queued for sending' for a while then fails 'could not send'. I switch off the wifi and turn on my mobile data for this (checked all ok by bringing up websites). My data allowance is not an issue either. Any ideas?

have you set the right APN settings? settings>more >mobile networks> acess point names

MMS usually have different apn compared to data

Welcome to the community,

Try re downloading the settings.

Menu > Settings > More > Internet Settings > Accept disclaimer > Choose network carrier

Once they have downloaded try send an MMS message, make sure you have good 3G reception as well 1 to 2 bars is generally not enough to send an MMS.
