Bluetooth turning on automatically

I'm having problems with my Bluetooth getting on automatically. I tried to look into the settings but can't find anything pls I need some advice..

I think I know what's going on, does that happen in specific places? Like in a mall?

It shows the smart band option and throw.. Which keeps on connecting even though I don't use that option

Things are two, you have some apps that are turning on Bluetooth to connect to beacons or you have apps that are trying to connect to a Bluetooth device, like the smartband. If you don't use any smartband try to disable or uninstall any app related to it.
