Camera problems after update

So after the latest update my phone keeps saying camera unavailable, this was very frustrating when I went on holiday as I kept having to close and reopen the camera app to take pictures!! I bought the phone partly because of the camera. It's still not fixed and it affects other apps like snapchat and Instagram.

Okay so I tried to restore my phone after I "repaired" it and It didn't restore all my apps or app data

Hello I need help with my phone because every time I open snapchat/instagram/Facebook or any app which has camera on it wont let me use it e.g. Snapchat when I open it up and camera comes on it will say "Snapchat was unable to open the camera you may need to restart the application or device" please help...
