Cannot browse on my SATIO

I bought a Sony Satio in May 2010 and have a BSNL mobile  connection in Gujarat.Since then i am unable to configure the phone to  use the mobile internet or even the wi-fi connection at home.

I tried my BSNL SIM in another phone and it worked fine. So it is not  the SIM or carrier issue.

I have also tried another BSNL SIM which was working in my friend's  mobile(SONY P90 but that did not work in my mobile. So it is only my  handset that is causing the issue.

The SONY help centre at Vadodara reloaded the software but this has not  helped in any way.

How do i get SONY to respond to my issue and resolve it. They donot even  allow customers to complaint online

Hi there,

this look there is an issue here with your phone to be locked to the type of BSNL SIM card that you are using. Try a different network without the one you have or go to a shop where your phone can be unlock.

If your SIM does not work on the phone then anything else will happen the same even the Wi-Fi access.
