charging problem

hi, im a newbie xperia user, i encountered charging problem today. the charger connected to the phone, although its connected but it is not charging, there is no visible light and charging icon (flash) seen at the phone. thanks. what im supposed to do?

Hi and welcome to the community! Since you're new please be sure that you have checked out our Discussion guidelines.

Are you charging your phone via wall socket? If yes, you can always try to connect the phone to a computer to see if the phone receives charging. Otherwise, I suggest that you try another charger/power adapter to exclude problems related to your accessories.

Are you using Sony Charger and micro USB cable?

Make sure that if you are using the Dock to connect it directly to a wall socket, not a computer as it won't work.

yes, i charged it via wall socket, and i try to connect it to the computer but still its not charging. so? what im supposed to do? thank you

Have you try charging your phone with different charger or charge your original sony charger with something else(ie. Powerbank)..

yes im using xperia charger, but i try to use usb cable charger but still it wont work. thanks

yes i try to used many chargers including powerbank, but it wont work. but in late night yesterday it charge already
