Try performing a system repair using PC Companion as this will often fix issues - This will factory reset your phone and erase all data so best to backup before you begin
Switch off your phone and unplug from Pc (Hold volume up and power for around 10 seconds) Start PC Companion and select Support zone then Update my phone/tablet then in Blue Repair my phone/tablet and follow the on screen instructions - When prompted connect your phone still switched off holding volume down or back button - This should start the repair or reformat process
If you are using Windows 8/8.1 or a 64bit operating system then adjust the settings for PC Companion and run in compatibility mode and chose Windows 7 or XP
Thompson hallo there. I would like to ask you a question not very relative in this line bur I couldn't find any information about it. In kitkat 4.4 I had an option in xperia screen that I could choose different size of 8x8 to 6x6. This had the effect making the icons bigger And game more tablet experience on our ultra!! This option now at lollipop gone away or I can't find it!! Is there any way in lollipop to change the size of the icons?? Or please tell me a launcher that actually does that?? I am surprised that in any forum I read Noone is mentioned it! Please help
Yes sorry that's true!! 5x5 and 6x6 you are right! I could not remember the numbers!! I updated my ultra with lollipop and this option is missing!! Or at least I can't find it!! I was so happy using 5x5 with nice big icons and now with the small size I have to point very well and in this screen they look to me soooooo small! I hate it!! Can some one advice me with a launcher that actually does that!! Or tell me how can I change it!!?? Please Thommo I wrote it wrong before
I don't know where it is if it's there at all and couldn't offer a custom launcher that would do this - I like the 6x6 so if I do decide to upgrade I won't be bothered by the missing feature if it is missing
