Display notification is not displaying

Hi. after last update to my xperia z3 compact to android M there is no problem, but after a day the display notification is displaying itsself when im typing a messege, and this is the problem, the notification is not showing when im slide down the screen

Any solutions? Thanks.

System updates are supposed to enhance or improve device performance for better user experience. But not in my case with my xperia z3 compact. it was originally working great with all the OS from launched kitkat, updated to lollipop, then after the marshmallow update- here comes a device I can no longer operate. the dropdown is no longer working well unless I will swipe down CAREFULLY FROM THE UPPER LEFTMOST CORNER  OF THE SCREEN. The recent task and return button/softkeys are totally NOT WORKING.Only the home buttons functioned normally. I am sure that there is no problem with touch screen as the locations of this keys responsds ok if the keyboard is there and also it is detected when you press it with the voice assistant activated.

I hope sony will look into this seriously and if software upgrades aren't compatible with older devices then rather they should not release thos updates. Thanks.

After 5 days of working through other issues with the Marshmallow Update I thought I was in the clear. 
I WAS WRONG.

Newest issue (just today).... Pulling down from the top of the screen, I can NO LONGER get any of my status or notifications. No drop-down Menu or anything. Instead, I get a little Half-Moon Opaque Semi-Circle where my finger pulls down, and it immediately jumps to a new window with a "Search Applications" bar at the top, and "SUGGESTED" apps listed with their icons below. 

I cannot get anything to drag down from the top. Nothing. 

I miss Lollipop.

After recent update, I can no longer swipe down the notification bar. When I swipe down, the notification bar doesn't "appear" but instead the home screen changes to the suggested apps screen. The only 2 ways I can swipe down the notification bar is when 1) I open an app and then rotate phone to landscape orientation and then swipe down from the top (in landscape orientation) or 2) when the screen is locked (i.e. I can swipe down the notification bar from the lock screen). I've already tried repairing/re-installing the os but no improvement. Thanks.
