DLNA and throw function problems after 4.3 update

After Android 4.3 update my Xperia Tablet Z does not recognize DLNA servers and availables Renders (like my Bravia TV).

The Z1 phone recognize them all... maybe there is a conflict problem between Z1 and Tablet Z on same network?

How to solve this big problem?

I actualy updated my Xperia Z Phone and my Xperia Z Tablet to the 4.3 android update.

Phone not working no DLNA and no Throw

I just bought a Sony Xperia tablet Z a few days ago and applied an update to 4.3 as suggested by the system. When it comes to try reading music on my NAS through DLNA, I never figured out how to access it. there is nowhere you can see your remote devices in Walkman but you can share files says the system preferences... I had to install an other app (which works just fine) to access my DLNA files, what's wrong?

If is working DLNA server will show in Walkman and in Movies, so i think you have the same problem.

Is someone that tried to restore factory defaults on the phone after update? maybe it resolves the bug?

With no answer here I just went ahead and restore defaults to the phone, installed all my aplication and now DLNA and Throw is working on 4.3.

So if you want to resolve the problem backup all you need  and just restore defaults and delete contetnt in the phone. SD card can be unpluged from the phone while doing that just for safety

I have the same problem with Throw, my Xperia P has no problem but my new Z tablet just doesn't find any devices.

I've not long had it so a factory reset was not a big deal but it did not fix the problem.

After the 4.3 update, throw no longer works. SONY please fix ASAP

The initial post was nearly TWO MONTHS ago - any news of a fix yet SONY ?????

Same problem. Throw had a bug previously with 2012 BluRay players, it would error between music tracks... but now doesn't work at all, devices cannot be found. Still visible in TV Sideview though!

Sony, fix this ASAP!

This happened after 4.3 was released for Xperia M for me... Throw went from buggy to not working at all. Progress..

Same. No DLNA after update. Which is frustrating because I always delay updating for a couple of months to avoid these kinds of serious bugs.

Has sony got a thing against DLNA now? First my PS4, now my phone. Remind me to refuse any updates for my PS3!
