Hi,

I am regular user of Sony Products since 2008.I bought the charger EP881 from the certified Sony dealer on 30/11/2014.While checking the connecter it shows the model as Charger EP880 which is a old model and worth RS 550/-.
I have paid 1290/- for EP881 which is the actual price for the charger.Please clarify do i need to go to retailer to ask for a replacement or whether the model is correct.

The model on the charger is correct. EP881 is the retail version of EP880. EP880 is the charger itself and EP881 is the kit that includes the charger and cable.
