missing driver software : Xperia pro MK16

Hi,

I can't turn on my phone anymore. I used to plug it to either a PC/laptop or to the wall for charge. Whenever I plug it to my PC or even laptop I receive an error message: "missing driver software".

I troubleshooted the matter and got this: "Troubleshooting was unable to automatically fix all of the issues found. You can find more details below. Problem found : QHSUSB_DLOAD doesn't have a driver."

I purchased a new battery thinking that might resolve my issue. Tried to charge it but didn't work. Then the next morning it flashed red when I pressed the power charge. So, I run and charged the new battery all the way. Then it still refused to wake up.

I contacted support online and tryied following the software repair instructions with PC Companion... but it doesn't proceed to 3.Update

It stops at 2.Prepare : 4 Connect the cable to the computer and keeps on stating "QHSUSB_DLOAD doesn't have a driver".

What can I do?

Same problem with me too. My battery was at 30% and after sometime when i tried to unlock so that i can make a call but the ph refused to wake up. I tried to charge the battery for one and half hour but it again refused to wake up. What should i do please help.
