Ear piece volume?

how do i turn ear piece volume down....i have the xloud feature off...still sounds like ppl shout and hard to hear...

If you want to turn the volume down while in a phone call, you can press the volume down(-) whien a call is active. This should lower the volume for the ear speaker.
