Earphones problem

I have an issue. I am an owner of apple earpods. Until yesterday I think, they worked well with my Z1 compact. But from now on, when I connect them and play music, it is still being played via speaker. And when I disconnect them, a message show up telling me that they´re not supported.

what if you restart your phone and check again?

well, actually it helped. I am sorry for bothering you, I think I should be able to try this thinks before writting here

Try settings-apps-all-smart connect,force stop and clear data.Restart.
