Loading music onto smartwatch 3

Hi

Has anyone figured out how to load music onto the sw3 4gb internal memory. i have try plugging it into my pc,but it dosnt show up.

Add your music into Play music  and download to your phone, go into settings in play music and tik the box that says download to android wear, make sure the SW3 has plenty of battery, abaove 50% and the music will download automatically.

I can see and hear all of my Music in Play Music on my Xperia Z3, but the download to SW3 doesn't start. The checkbox "Download to Wear" is active.
@CoolTails: what do you mean with "add into Play Music?

I had to add music into play music on the Web, download it to the phone from play music, then it automatically downloads to the sw3 when the download to android wear box is ticked. It kept stopping for me at first, I'm assuming as the battery was below 50% but after a quick charge it downloaded without issue.
