Experia E stuck on tutorial

hi ,just got this phone today and for some reason its stuck on the tutorial , i cant acsess anything , everything i slide it tells me what im doing ......cannot swipe up or down to unlock ..any help please

I have the same problem. How can I dial what you have suggested when I can't get to the dial pad?
