Hey guys,
I've got a problem with my z3. My GPS won't catch any signal. I tried some different apps to locate all satalites and they are shown but it won't connect to them. So perhaps this would be a software bug, but how can I solve it? I should mention that I've unlocked my bootloader so that could be the reason why I have this problem. I tried unlocking it but I can't (I don't know why, I used a Sony flash tool). Maybe I have to reinstall my firmware but how do I do this.
Any suggestions?

settings > about phone > diagnostics > test > test GPS

or contact your Local support to get it inspected.

When I'm in diagnostics it simply says GPS not working

As a matter of fact I've changed the backcover of my phone cuz it broke so I doubt they would agree to repair it, but I think it wont hurt if I just ask them for suggestions

But because I'm able to detect all satalites around me but can't connect to them I assume its an software error. I also have different kind of bugs sometimes. So it would be my idea to reset my phone to stock.. But how?
