I am writing to you from Chennai,India in regards to my Sony Xperia (model number J - ST26a,ST26i)
I was gifted this phone a year ago. I am unable to use it as the phone's display is not working and the phone hangs every 5 minutes. I approached the authorised service center and after checking the are refusing to service the phone as it was bought from Germany.
Sony is an international company, if I am not mistaken. As a customer who over the years has bought cyber shot cameras, TV’s, CD walkman and other laptops from you I am disappointed with this level of service from both yourselves and your repair centre from whom you distribute your products through.
I would like to know what you are going to do about this situation and what your advice would be to do next?
