How to install third party app

Hi. . I wanted how to install thirdparty app on my Xperia X. . I downloaded apk from my Computer transfering to my Xperia X. then it say Cannot open this file. . but I already ENABLE Unknown Source. what should I do. . anyone. .

Those apks might not be compatible or simply broken. Can you install normally from play store?
