Since a software update from the 29/8/16, the WiFi and Bluetooth have stopped working. I had originally sent a request to Sony support for some advice, but after 3 days, no response.
I then used the Xperia computer program to check software which said it was fine and to do a repair. I checked this with Sony live chat who said it would be the first thing to do before anything else.
I have done this, which has not resolved the problem, so went back to Sony live chat who requested I send the phone back for repair.
The issue I have is that the phone is under warranty, yet no replacement is offered as without my phone I cannot do my work, as they say it can take up to 2 weeks which is an unacceptable time frame without a replacement phone being issued whilst mine is being assessed.
I have also contacted the supplying company with whom my contract is with and awaiting for a reply, but my issue is with Sony as clearly there is an issue which they are not prepared to resolve!!
My advice is to stay away from Sony phones as the customer service is appalling.
