I need Help

Can anyone help me find an answer to my question which is; when I receive a call I only hear 3 rings and then it disconnect!

I have no Idea how to fix this. I tried resetting the Sation and the factory resetting, but still the same...

Hi there,

try to go to Settings then Personal and Profiles, select Normal then press Options on this menu select Personalise after that select Ringing Type it should be ringing if not press options and select Change it will open with 5 options choose ringing.

HI Bulbul,

if what I said still not working then you should change your phone. Ask your operator your next step, here it will be difficult to get the answer from SE.

Did you try to do the phone repair by the SE PC Suite? Don't forget to backup your phone.

Thank you very much, but I tried that too and it did not work. I can't change the phone. It is not a normal thing to go and change it even if it is still under the warranty.

I think I still have one more thing to do… through it away.
