Issue while making or receiving calls

Every time l receive or make a call,phone goes on quick setting,switch to mute,wi-fi off,or worst airplane mode which automatically hand up the call!!tried everything..repairing,reset factory.tested sensor with diagnostic and it's working.is there another way to lock the phone while making calls?any help please ???is it a bug from 4.4.4,because l did not have this issue with 4.4.2!

So you press the power button? You might have enabled power button ends call.

Does this happen when you place the phone to your face/ear to answer the call & the contact with the screen opens various apps etc?

Yes,it starts by opening quick settings,then various apps.

Boot on safe mode and check again
