missing clock widget after phone restart

Hi. After restarting my Z3 phone clock widget (preinstalled) vanish from homescreen and it isn't available from widget pickery What should I do to get them back?

Settings > apps > all > scroll to the bottom > look if you have disable any app

I have disabled apps, but none is related to clock widget. Disabled e.g.: google drive, dynamic wallpapers, evernote, chrome... But nothing with clock. It worked fine till my first phone restart (11 days since buying)

Didn't helped. But I uninstall updates from clock widget app and they've showed up again. But now, how can I get update of clock widget back? Update center found nothing.

What is the built no. of updated clock widget? Mine is 4.0.A.0.7 (for Z3 kitkat 4.4.4)
