Mobile Data disabling and affecting phone settings

I have installed internet setting; but when i start data trafic then only symbol showing "ON" but no internet service start and when i close data service then notification message showing that "mobile data is disabled"

Kindly help me, it is urgent.

Do you have an antivirus? or taskiller? how old is the SIM card? do you have the correct APN settings?
