Not Booting up After Update..

Got email that new update is available and updated through Xperia Companion and got mesage that its updated successfully and now phone can be disconencted and restart the phone. I did so but since then its not booting up with Xperia blue theme at the background and its stuck there. I contacted Xperia chat support they asked to force restart the device by holding the power button and the volume button but still same.

Try to perform the update again

Try a software repair it'll re-install the ftf

It happened to me too few days ago, what I did is to repair the phone via Xperia Companion and problem solved

I contacted Sony Chat support and they asked me to put the mobile in charging for 3 hours (though when I updated the mobile that time it was 98% charged and it took roughly 45mins for the update to complete) and then do a force restart of the mobile and then check or else go to the service center.

I put the mobile in charging surprisingly it booted up after 20mins. I am not sure how it worked or what happened but it worked ;-)..
