pattern lock in xperia J

Hi all,

I have set a pattern lock in my xperia J mobile. Some one has took my phone and drown the pattern incorrectly 20 times.

So I tried to unlock my phone using the security question. I gave the correct answer several times and It says the answer is wrong. I cannot use google account option because have turn off the data. I do remember the pattern and I didn't get at least one chance to draw that pattern. Still I have the warranty too. I don't want to loose all my text messages and contacts. So please suggest me a way to unlock my phone.

Sorry to say but your only option is performing a system repairbut this will factory reset your phone, It is the only way

Switch off your phone and unplug from Pc (Hold volume up and power for around 10 seconds)
Start PC Companion and select Support zone then Update my phone/tablet then in Blue Repair my phone/tablet and follow the onscreen instructions - When prompted connect your phone still switched off holding volume down or back button - This should start the repair or reformat process

If you are using Windows 8/8.1 or a 64bit operating system then adjust the settings for PC Companion and run in compatibility mode and chose Windows 7 or XP
