Photos dissapeared

I took some important photos today and after reviewing them the all dissapeared.

Any ideas. Are they lost or can I retrieve them from somewhere?

Use a file manager or file commander > internal storage > DCIM > 100Andro

or SD card > DCIM > 100ANDRO

if you can't find them there then you probably deleted them by mistake

If they were stored on SD,you can try Recuva to recover. It might not work but you should give it a try.
