problem in apps

I am not able to open most apps in my sony c4 mobile. Error is unable to open report.
Even my playstore is problm now.
I tried to restart mobile n times no use.please send updates my new sony mobiles is older than my 3 yrs old htc desire mobile.

uninstall and reinstall the apps, also, settings > storage > how much free internal storage does your phone has?
