How Can I Fix Black Screen With Low Display?

That is really unfortunate, from what I understand the screen is staying black when turned on but not completely black.

Are you able to advise if the screen is usable, as in can you still navigate through the settings?

If you are able to navigate, can you access the display in settings and check that the Brightness option is not all the way down.
