Problem with Jalou

Hey guys,

I bought a Sony Ericsson Jalou a month ago. I've had no problems at all up until two days ago, where my phone began to randomly shut down whilst turned on in my pocket. If I don't touch the phone for a while, it shuts down. It even shut down at one point, when I was just about to answer a call. Should I try to return at the store, is it a problem with my settings or..?

Oh and btw, I have treated the phone well. It hasn't been dropped, gotten any kind of fluid on it, etc.
