problem with screen when charging

can anyone help me ? I am having trouble with the phone screen when charging, when I scroll or just put a finger and not moving it, the screen is shaking, i dont have any idea about this problem, i am scared to take my phone to sony service center in Indonesia, cause, i heard the aftersales were s**t

*Though, when i connect / charge it with powerbank, it didnt shaking

Try another wall socket or another charger.

I did, but it gave me the same result, could it be the charger isnt properly working ? because now i am charging it using computer, and the powerbank gave me a good result too
If the charger the reason, maybe i will replace it on sony center
