Hi guys,
This is my first post.
I just got a Sony Z2, and yesterday I updated it to latest firmware 17.1.1.A.0.402 using flashtool. After that, everytime when I switch off my phone and turn it on, the message of "...android.process.acore has stopped" appeared.
I tried to flashed the phone again using PC Companion to re-update the same firmware. I though it has gone but than it is still there.
I have tried several ways as mentioned in this forum but the problem seem to be there. I don't see any problem/error caused by this message yet.
Any idea/solution to completely remove the message?
To get rid of this problem backup all data on device then go and wipe everything by repairing device with pc companion .make sure you have the latest pc companion update after you repair device restore data backed up and your device should be ok
Hello,
this is also something that has been happening to my friend's phone, and he cannot fix it. It started with the contacts and now the androoid process as you mention.
I tried restoring his phone to factory settings and didn't work.
Has anyone found a fix for this?
