Record voice using apps

I am working in a mobile phone store, the only problem we've encountered is that when you record voice using apps such as messenger and line, the voice sounds like a chimpmunk. But thats only for sony xa ultra. So i tried another xa ultra phone, and its still the same. But for another phone model like c5 the voice is recorded as is. It only happens on xa ultra model.. how to do? Thanks

this happens to me to with my xa ultra its really frustrating i have tryed everyting i even exchange my phone for a new one and still have this problem i mostly use my phone for messenger so my phone is kinda useless to me at the moment.... Also when i play the voice messages with head phones on it plays from the phone speeker at max volume even on mute !

contact the app developer regarding this compatibility issue as those are third party apps, it's up to them, not Sony, to address such issues.
