Regarding PCB problem

I bought Sony xperia M that sony is best...But the servicing cost is tooooooo high. I just competed my warranty..Suddenly the touch stopped responding and battery started acting abnormally....then the service guy says to pay 5000 rs for repalcing PCB...

I bought it for 11,000 and you ask me pay almost half of the price....

This is totally ridiculous................

So I say sony is the worst......
