Hi Sony, Ihave problem on my Sbh52 the first months I used my device is ok and perfect but afetr a 1 months and 3 weeks the power button of my SBH52 is not working , I tried any button to hold and to reset the device but unfortunately is not working.... is there any possibilities to troubleshoot this device? so that I can manually test my device on my own!
hope for your immediate response for this issue because im not the one who experience this kind of error..

You have already performed the troubleshooting I can advise and in this circumstance it would appear the you have a hardware issue and as such I would have to advise you to contact your local Xperia Care team so that they may assist in arranging an assessment of your device.

I had the same issue after about one month and a few days. Power button refused to work.
Returned it to the store i purchased it from and after 10 days they gave up trying to repair it and gave me a new set as a replacement. I'm covered for a year so i can return it again and get a replacement if it fails again.
The shop guys did try to blame me and say that i used too much force to press the button.
I've been using sony bluetooths since 2007. Not new to bluetooth devices by any measure.
I believe there is a hardware issue with the power switch. Not sure if it's Generic or a particular batch number.
They never did tell me what the cause was!
Am on my 3rd SBH-52 now!! They still will not tell me what the problem is and i have got a replacement though. I have a feeling it's perspiration related... so it's not splash proof after all.
