screen doesn't work after last update 4.3 . Please Help!

After the last update, my phone's screen doesn't work. I open my phone, but I cannot press any button on the touch screen!

This is a serious issue.Has your phone finished updating?

Yes! After downloading the new software, it was telling me that the installation will take place. 

So I let my phone for the process to take place. Then, after one hour I got back to my phone and then I noticed that the screen wasn't working!!

But why did you leave it like that,maybe the power went down or the internet was down.Retry the process via sony update service.

Why do you mean with "Sony update center". The PC companion software installed on my laptop?

I retried the process via the Sony Update, but again. I open my phone, and I can't type the sim pin because the screen is not working!
