Screen unresponsive

Hi,

I have a probelm, basically the screen becomes unresponsive. I can receive calls and notifications and the LED flashes but when I press the power button the screen does not come on.

Sometimes it is fine then all of a sudden it will do it the next time I go to check my phone and I don't know why!

Holding the power button and the volume up to reboot the phone fixes the problem but when this is happeneing 5 times a day it's not ideal to have to do that everytime!

Any one had the same issue recently?

The problem was still happening so I installed this Clean Master app...

It did some clearing up and closing of apps that were regularly crashing and since then the screen / phone hasn't played up. Fingers crossed this has fixed it for goood!

That's not a good idea, stay away from those apps, just repair your phone with PCC
