Sorry to hear that.
In this case I would recommend performing a software repair using Xperia Companion. What you can try before that is to try and reboot your phone in safe mode if possible.
@gautamoc, if you've performed the software repair and it did not help I'd advise you have your device sent to and examined by an authorized service centre. Contact your Local support for information on how to send it in.
