Send Sms during a call Z2

I have a problem when i call someone i can't send a text messaging. And my touch back is lock.

Does this occur when on 2G or 3G?

Can you check if the same occurs in safe mode?

Sorry to hear that you have issues with your phone.

If the back key doesn't work during calls, see if you have installed Smart Key and if so, try removing it.

But if you are unable to send SMS during calls this sounds more like something that you need to contact your operator for assistance with.
