SGP621 keyboard issue

If I lock then unlock device with power button while I am in a call, the keyboard will not appear until I finished the call. I want to use browser or Office app while in a call cause this is the benefit of tablet, with keyboard not working, this is a disappointing. Any way to fix this?

No, I only use the out of box keyboard from sony
