Silent mode - how to activate / deactivate?

I love my xperia z5,also very useful.. I just have one problem,duno what happened when it turn to silent mode. Try to find out how can change into ringing still doesn't work. Can't hear videos or if I have video calls,can't hear music.Hope someone can help me..

You just need to press volume up once, then raise volume as you wish.
