It's already been a week since I dropped by at Telecom Concept Inc and asked for the repair of my sony Z2. Unfortunately, my unit yet on pending status. They have many contact no. but hard to reach., no update at all., The staff always said that the parts of my unit still on shipment. How come that this company was'nt able to have stocks and how come it takes too long for the arrival of it. My unit is only two months old and yet this terrible things happened. I regret that i purchased one of the sony product and had a poor service center. I do hope that Sony will take some action on this matter.
