timescape problem

i have been trying to get my timescape to work it has stopped updating so i deleted the account from online service acconts but when i input my account datails i get "connection failed" i used same facebook account info on the facebook app on phone and it worked whats going on

When you say it stopped updating, did you try updating it manually, and, if so, did it still not work?  And does your internet connection work for other things?  There are various settings to make the phone update automatically and so on, and it would be helpful to have a few more details to enable people to advise you...

it just says authention faled  but the details are correct

if anyone has this problem go to facebook on your computer and go to prvacy settings and pick Choose your privacy settings Applications, games and websites then use  the turn off all platform applications then turn it back on worked for me i can now sign in
