Unlock Bootloader Failed!!

While I am trying to unlock my bootloader, I got the error that USB Device Not Recognized!!


I pressed the fastboot button (volume up) and connected to my pc, its not recognized!!
please help

Can anyone tell me how to install kitkat for my live with walkman running on ICS..

Is it stable for my phone?

You will have to install a Custom ROM, check the XDA forum

Which OS do you have on your PC?

i am having windows 8.1  Pro N in my PC

and ICS on my live with walkman

Sounds like you have a compatibility issue with Windows 8 and I'm guessing it's a 64bit version as thats where most problem are which is the same as Windows 7 64bit
