unstalling apps

Hi

Trying to uninstall some of the apps I've installed by my self.

But, it won't uninstall!

Just trying and trying, and after a while the phone restarts it self and no app has been uninstalled. Even tried with an app that are supposed to do the uninstalling better than through apps.

But that doesn't work.

Suggestions any one?

No rooting done.

Brand new phone ( bought it 1 week ago), so no rooting done.

Want to keep the guarantee.

Reinstall the latest update with PCC, make sure that it deletes everything and post screenshots after you do so.

Used the latest version of pcc, and got the lastest one on the phone.

Now with some new problems.......

Restarts and black screen from time to time.

Will try pcc one more time, but that will not happen before Tuesday next week. Going on vaccation in an hour.

Have to use my sparephone till then. My z1.....

First update:

New problems.....

- volymeknob working when it wants.

- The battery went from 100% to 40% in 6 h. No surf, no nothing.....

Think I've got what we in sweden call "an example made on a Monday....."

Those are quite a bit of issues, try again with PCC, if you experience the same contact your local Xperia Care to get your phone inspected ASAP

Updating: just updated it to lollipop and repaired it with pcc. No changes....

Have send my z1 compact to repair ( nearly the same problems).

When I get that one back, I'll be returning the z3....
