Water Resist Alert (Notification) Not Work

Hello , I have a problem with notifications when cover is open , water warning Not work! Also when the plug charger notifications also not work ... I tought error with Smart Connect and I deleted data's in smart connect , booth still not working ... Then I fix my software with pc companion , I erased to factory settings , That Notifications still not work ! What Can I do?

Strange,I know smart connect holds these notifications.Are you sure you have properly repaired with PCC?

I did it more than repaired , Yes I repaired with PC Companion it was not enought

then I setup new ROM ! Still not working !

No,do not do that.You will lose sony features like X-reality,x-loud etc.

My Bootloader still locked , right? I do not know much about that
