working slowly: RAM issue?

Hi everybody,

Some days ago, My Xperia M4 aqua started to open apps and so on veeeeeery slowly.

After repairing with Xperia Companion, Voila! fast as used to be. I updated all the preinstalled apps and installed a few ones, and two days later, the phone is working slowly again.

One more point, checking the RAM from settings/apps/running:

Before repairing with XC: total around 800M

After repairing with XC: total around 1,8G

two days layer: 800M again

Could anyone help me? Let me know if any information is required.

Test the phone in >>> safe mode but most likely that this is app(s) related.
