In my Xperia m2 aqua.. software like WhatsApp Facebook message camera like that all software are unfortunately stop and mobile get totally black screen

What the problem and what I should do? Please help me friends.. Thanks you

Do you ahve a taskiller? antivirus? ram or battery apps?

No I format my cell and nothing all third party apps.. But still this problem I am facing

I boot my phone in safe mode.. But still problem was coming.. Unfortunately Xperia keyboard stopped, unfortunately Google. Process. Gapp stopped

What I would do is to repair the phone with PCC
