Xperia Neo L Display issue

I have Sony Xperia Neo L,  I had problem with screen, I got white wiered screen as you can see in attached image in this mobile was working but just display not coming...... After that after 3-4 restart i am getting black screen n nothing working at back end too, How can it happen if my mobile never fell down, no physical damage, Is it software issue or hardware? ?? how can I solve this issue????

Experienced the same problem yesterday. Is the problem HW/SW identified now? I plan to go the Sony sevice center, but after reading the posts I donot expect much help.

This kind of failure is not expected from a SONY device.

I had the same issue on my Sony Xperia L. 

I realised my external storage (SD card) was full and after deleting some files to free up some space on my SD card 

The screen issue got resolved.

There was no need to reset to factory settings or do anything with the s/w

Please ignore my earlier message. It was not due to the reason I mentioned earlier. My display was giving the white screen with lines randomly. Sony service replaced my display. Luckily my phone was still under warrenty.
