Xperia Ray dead microphone

Hi,

I had an update on my Xperia ray and upgrading to android 4.0.4 . after 2 days working , it suddenly didn't work.

I had checked the power battery and plug to charge .after getting charged ,nothing happend so I decided to turn it

to factory setting and the previouse android . I used the file which linke at your site.Now , the android version is 2.3.4

but the problem is ,The microphone doesn`t work any more.even when I turn on speaker.

Could you please give me a solution to solve this matter?

Dear Sir / Madam,

Thank you for your prompt action,

But actually , this link you mentioned is not useful for me during country policy of Sony .

I guess the only way remained is shooting it into garbage
