Xperia SP changing ringtone

Hi after updated to FW4.3 was trying to change my ringtone but seem it did not detect any file in phone or SD card memory. Using FLAC and MP3 but still don't seem to work which keep stated as unknown ringtone. Anyone had any solution? Many thanks.

Try to play one of the files in walkman,see if the phone manages to play them.

Yes did try on the default ringtone but not my other songs in my music file. Only default song works.

Try to force turn off the phone:

Remove the SD card and put it back in.Turn on the phone.

How are you trying to change your ringtone?Are you changing from walkman directly or from settings-sound-ringtone-you have a little music note in right corner,tap on it and select from your own music.

K think I found out the problem. You only can use sound picker and choose the song by tapping the top right music icon to select wanted songs. And can't done through file select. Kinda different from older FW. Super confusing for now.
